Leadership Support for

Catholic Education Leaders

Whether you're supporting one leadership team, an entire faculty, a group of principals, or schools across a diocese,

we'll start with what's happening now and determine the right way to move the work forward.

How We Work Together

Catholic education leaders reach out in different seasons. Some are navigating complexity or transition. Others are working to clarify roles, strengthen their teams, or move work forward across a school or system.

This work creates space to think clearly, define ownership, and focus on what matters most right now.

Engagements are tailored to the leader, the team, and the context, and may take the form of focused intensives, workshops, or ongoing partnership.

For School Leaders

LEAD Leadership Intensive™ A customized experience for principals and leadership teams to understand how they’re wired to lead, uncover natural team dynamics, and create greater clarity around roles, responsibility, communication, and how the work gets done.

LEAD™ Team Coaching Ongoing coaching and support that helps leadership teams apply what they’ve learned, navigate real-time challenges, and strengthen how they communicate, make decisions, and work together throughout the year.

For Faculty & Staff

Teach. By Design™ A deeper motivational design experience that helps educators understand what drives them, what drains them, and how their motivations shape the way they teach, collaborate, and experience their work. Principals walk away with a deeper understanding of their team - what motivates their people, where natural differences may create tension, and how to lead and support them more effectively.

Teach Well All Year™ An interactive workshop that helps educators notice how different parts of their work affect their energy, engagement, and capacity throughout the year. Without an individual assessment, participants learn to notice, name, and adjust what they can so they can continue doing the work well without assuming every part of it should feel the same.

FOR DIOCESES & CATHOLIC SCHOOL OFFICES

LEAD Well All Year™

An introductory workshop for principal groups that brings motivational design into the realities of Catholic school leadership. Principals gain practical insight into how motivation shapes the way they lead, make decisions, and carry responsibility.

Designed. To Lead™ Principal Workshop + Cohort

Leadership development designed around the real experience of leading a Catholic school. Principals explore the patterns, pressures, and changing demands of the role, then continue the work through ongoing cohort learning, implementation, and 1:1 coaching.

Team. By Design™ for Catholic School Office Teams

A customized team experience for CSO leaders and staff to understand how they are wired to work, uncover natural tensions, clarify roles and responsibility, and strengthen the way they support one another and the schools they serve.

Diocesan Workshops, Leadership Days & Strategic Facilitation

Custom-designed gatherings for principals, educators, and Catholic school office teams around leadership development, team effectiveness, transitions, priorities, strategic work, or the specific needs of the system.
